If you think a game might be canceled do the following:
- First, check the “Discussion Forum” at the website under Game Day Cancellations. Location Managers are responsible for posting cancellations on the website.
- Second, contact the Location Manager at the city you are scheduled to referee at. Location Managers information is available on the website by clicking on the “Contact List” link.
- Thirdly, contact the coach of the home team. Coaches’ information is also available on the “Contact List” link.
If all else fails go to the field.
Please understand that each club determines the closure of fields based on the fields ability to handle the weather. It is up to the Referee to check the web site
You should ALWAYS check the website for information regarding games and ALWAYS check your web schedule for changes prior to leaving for a match even if the sun is shining.
