TEAM Rosters and Player Pass Printing

Printing of Player Passes  for an entire team will be a two (2) step process.

Be sure you have the most recent USSF Player Card Sheet Stock (available by contacting Bonnie Watson (GSYSL League Registrar)

(If the a PDF's doesn't open correctly in a non-Internet Explorer browser, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader and log-in to the GSYSL system with Internet Explorer)

Be sure to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download)

To navigate from the PRINT ROSTER- screen to the Registration Menu after printing USE THE BACK ARROW.  USE the same procedure to navigate from the PRINT PLAYER PASSES back to the Registration Menu then click on PRINT PLAYER PASSES REVERSE SIDE

1.  First Click on PRINT PLAYER PASSES .  The Player passes will appear in a PDF (Adobe Reader) file (this may take a few seconds).  Click on the printer icon (or File at the top left of the page... then print).  When the print box appears find Print Range and click on Pages From...there enter the number of pages you wish to print (There are 4 player passes per sheet, so if you have 15 players enter pages 1 to 4). Then Click OK to print.

2.  After you have printed your passes reload the pages in the order they printed out but FACE Down (printed pass side down). Click on the PRINT PLAYER PASSES REVERSE SIDE .  The Official Stamp and Signature will appear in a PDF (Adobe Reader) file (again this may take a few seconds).  Click on the printer icon (or File at the top left of the page then print).  When the print box appears find Print Range and click on Pages From...there enter the number of pages you wish to print (There are 4 player passes per sheet, so if you have 15 players enter pages 1 to 4). Then Click OK to print.

Please be careful as the system will only let you print your player passes once (1 time).

To print individual Player Passes click on Player Pass to the left of the   player’s name.  The Player pass will appear in a PDF (Adobe Reader) file (this may take a few seconds).  Click on the printer icon (or File at the top left of the page then print).   Then follow the procedure in step 2 to print the reverse side.
