- Only the Club Registrar can register teams on the GSYSL web site
- Fall Team Registration July 10 thru July 30
- Spring Team Registration January 8 thru January 31
If there are teams in your menu they will need to be edited for the current season.
- Log in using your user name and password.
- Then under Management Areas click on Registrar's This will bring you to your "Editing Club Menu".
- Click on the TEAM link to view teams.
Example: Amherst Soccer Club_B_U12_CG
- Click on the TEAM link to view teams. If there are teams in your menu they will need to be edited. Simply edit the team name and age group and update the competing age in the drop down box
- If there are no teams you will need to RE-ENTER your team information
- Go to - Click here to add a team to the above list at the bottom of the Menu box
- Type in your team name. You will enter your teams in the following format.
- Club Name_Gender_Uage_Coaches Initials
- If 8v8 team then, Amherst Soccer Club_B_U11_8_CG
- If 6v6 team U9 or U10 then, Amherst Soccer Club_B_U10_6_CG
- If EDP team U7 or U8 then, Amherst Soccer Club_B_U9_CG(EDP)
- If Coed team then, Amherst Soccer Club_Coed_U9_CG - all coed teams are placed in the Boys Divisions.
- Choose a Coach or Team Contact from the Drop Down box (Your coaches/Team Contact names should be there if they have registered as a user on the GSYSL web site)
- Then Click Create New Team
- Then Click in the Edit link in the right side Action box for each team. This will bring you to the Team Profile Menu
- Select Competing age from the Drop Down box. YOU MUST SELECT A COMPETING AGE
- Select Desired Division (Selection of a Division is only an indication of placement. A=Div 1, B=Div 2 and C= Developmental Div 3
- Select Team Gender. YOU MUST SELECT A GENDER
- Indicate if this team will be playing State Cup, Presidents Cup or Neither - SPRING TEAM REGISTRATION ONLY
- Enter your coach's or Team Contact address, phone numbers and e-mail. IF THE COACH HAS MULTIPLE TEAMS BE SURE TO ENTER HIS/HER NAME HERE SO CONFLICTS CAN BE IDENTIFIED
- All Information MUST be completed
- When complete click SUBMIT
If the process was completed properly. Your team should show on the Fall/Spring Registration and Registration by Division Link accessible from the Navigation column under Season Links on the left side of the page
