Location Managers

Location Mangers responsibilities:

Provide the league with dates and times their home field is available.
Assigning game times and fields to the GSYSL season schedule.
Notify the league and opponents when fields are closed to due weather events etc. and post field closures and games effected on the Discussion Forum's Game Day Cancellation Page. (note Discussion Forum requires a separate login).
Location Managers are the communication point person with the league scheduler for all rescheduled games at their home field.

Location Managers Seasonal Field Availability:

Please submit any Field Availability, Restriction Issues and Blackout Dates

Location Manager Black-Out Date Form
Spring Season no later than 2/20 (spring)
Fall Season no later than 8/5 (fall).
All Location Managers must submit the Location Managers Field Black-out Date Form for potential conflicts for the upcoming season regarding field availability.
The Season requires cooperation of clubs to communicate Field Availability Issues and Blackout date information to the league scheduler. Click on Calendar Link for important dates. The scheduling process begins on 2/25 (spring season) 8/10 (fall season).
