TEAM Rosters
and Player Pass Printing
Printing of
Player Passes for an entire team will be a two (2) step
process.
Be sure you
have the most recent USSF Player Card Sheet Stock (available by contacting
Bonnie Watson (GSYSL League Registrar) or Ric Marion (NHSA Administrator) nhadmin@soccernh.org.
(If the a PDF's
doesn't open correctly in a non-Internet Explorer browser, make sure you have
the latest version of Adobe Reader and log-in to the GSYSL system with Internet
Explorer)
Be sure to
download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download)
To navigate
from the PRINT ROSTER-
screen to the Registration Menu after printing USE THE BACK ARROW. USE
the same procedure to navigate from the PRINT PLAYER PASSES back
to the Registration Menu then click on PRINT PLAYER PASSES REVERSE SIDE
1. First
Click on PRINT PLAYER PASSES .
The Player passes will appear in a PDF (Adobe Reader) file (this may take a few
seconds). Click on the printer icon (or File at the top left of the
page... then print). When the print box appears find Print Range
and click on Pages From...there enter the number of pages you
wish to print (There are 4 player passes per sheet, so if you have 15
players enter pages 1 to 4). Then Click OK to print.
2. After
you have printed your passes reload the pages in the order they printed out but
FACE Down (printed pass side down). Click on the PRINT PLAYER PASSES REVERSE SIDE .
The Official Stamp and Signature will appear in a PDF (Adobe Reader) file
(again this may take a few seconds). Click on the printer icon (or File
at the top left of the page then print). When the print box appears find Print
Range and click on Pages From...there enter the number
of pages you wish to print (There are 4 player passes per sheet, so if you have
15 players enter pages 1 to 4). Then Click OK to print.
Please be
careful as the system will only let you print your player passes once (1
time).
To print
individual Player Passes click on Player Pass to the left of
the player’s name. The Player pass will appear in a PDF
(Adobe Reader) file (this may take a few seconds). Click on the printer
icon (or File at the top left of the page then print). Then follow
the procedure in step 2 to print the reverse side.
