Amendment to Article 4.2 – Administration - to add a Vice-Chair of EDP

ARTICLE 4 – ADMINISTRATION

A. OFFICER DIRECTORS

The Officer Directors of the Corporation shall be a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, a Vice-Chair for Liaison, a Secretary, a Treasurer, a Vice-Chair for Competition –Boys, a Vice-Chair for Competition – Girls and such other officers as the Board of Directors may determine, including other officers holding the title of vice-chair related to a specific function or role. No two offices, volunteered or paid, may be held by the same individual at the same time. All Officer Directors serve on the Executive Committee. Officer Directors shall be elected from the general membership as follows:

a) Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Vice-Chair for Liaison, Secretary and Treasurer shall be elected from the general membership (section 3.4) and through provision as described in sections 4.1 and 4.2.

b) The Vice Chair for Competition – Boys, shall be elected from a member club (section 3.4) through provision described in sections 4.1 and 4.2, with a minimum of three boys teams, duly registered as competitive, in the current seasonal year in which the annual meeting with such election takes place. The Board of Directors shall give notice of the clubs meeting this criteria to each corporation member by mail, phone or other electronic communication to each Club and, if not affiliated to a Club, to each individual member, not less than fifteen (15) nor more than forty (40) days before the annual meeting.

c) The Vice Chair for Competition – Girls, shall be elected from a member club (section 3.4) through provision described in sections 4.1 and 4.2, with a minimum of three girls teams, duly registered as competitive, in the current seasonal year in which the annual meeting with such election takes place. The Board of Directors shall give notice of the clubs meeting this criteria to each corporation member by mail, phone or other electronic communication to each Club and, if not affiliated to a Club, to each individual member, not less than fifteen (15) nor more than forty (40) days before the annual meeting.

d) The Vice Chair for EDP - shall be elected from a member club (section 3.4) through provision described in sections 4.1 and 4.2, with a minimum of three teams, duly registered as EDP, in the current seasonal year in which the annual meeting with such election takes place. The Board of Directors shall give notice of the clubs meeting this criteria to each corporation member by mail, phone or other electronic communication to each Club and, if not affiliated to a Club, to each individual member, not less than fifteen (15) nor more than forty (40) days before the annual meeting.
