Assignment Expectations

Q.    What type of assignments can I expect as a new referee?

A.    As a new referee you will be assigned U11 and U12 games as AR (Assistant Referee) your initial season

Q.    How are assignments determined for experienced referees?

A.    All referees are given assignments based on age, experience and the need for game coverage.

        Youth referees are assigned games based on age.  Referees are assigned Centers 2 years below your age.  For example if you are 13 you will be assigned U11, if you 

        15 you will be assigned U13.  If you are 15 with 3 years experience you will be considered for U14 assignments

Q.   What about AR assignments?

A.   AR assignments are also based on age and experience.  AR's are assigned 1 year below your age.  With experience you will be assigned older age groups.
