Fall Schedule
Conflicts requests are due by August
5. Any team that has a schedule
conflict must notify Steve Lewis at
smlewis@aol.com by Aug 5
All Clubs, Teams, Coaches and
Location Managers must notify the
scheduler of potential conflicts for
the upcoming FALL season.
If your Club or Team cannot play
on a particular date due to special
events you must notify the league
scheduler by 8/05.
No changes in the schedule will
be made during the season.
Check the League Calendar for
important dates.
The Fall season begins on
the first weekend
in September after Labor Day and end
the last weekend in October
Fall championship
are the first
weekend in November

The Fall Season requires
cooperation of all teams and clubs
to communicate conflict information
to the league scheduler. Please
speak with your players and parents
to determine team availability for
the fall season.
Teams requesting all Saturday or
all Sunday games CAN NOT be
accommodated. PLEASE LIMIT your
conflict dates to a MAXIMUM OF 2
DATES.
Schedule accommodations will not
be made for coaches who coach
multiple teams. Or for teams that
play in multiple leagues.
The League requires that you have
an Assistant Coach to handle your
conflicts
Location Managers: Please provide
Field Blackout dates
NO CHANGES in the schedule will
be made during the season.
