All Clubs, Teams, Coaches and Location Managers must notify the scheduler of potential conflicts for the upcoming spring season.

The Spring Season requires cooperation of all teams and clubs to communicate conflict information to the league scheduler. Please speak with your players and parents to determine team availability for the spring season.

  • Teams requesting all Saturday or all Sunday games CAN NOT be accommodated. PLEASE LIMIT your conflict dates to a MAXIMUM OF 2 DATES.

  • All Clubs, Teams, Coaches and Location Managers must notify the scheduler of potential conflicts for the upcoming spring season. DEADLINE FEB 15.

Teams with multiple conflicts (especially those involved with State Cup) may be required to play a reduced schedule 

CONFLICT INFORMATION WILL BE LIMITED TO THE CATEGORIES BELOW

  • Is your team is entered in State Cup/Open Cup
  • Do you have 3 or more players involved in ODP who will be unavailable on Ryder Cup Weekend (usually the 2nd weekend in June)
  • Are you playing in a tournament on a certain weekend
  • Senior Division - Graduation and Prom dates
  • Please make sure you have communicated with your players and parents regarding their availability during Spring Vacation weekends.  Teams requesting more than 2 dates risk reduction of games scheduled for the season, especially those teams participating in both State Cup and Fathers Day Tournaments
  • Make sure you have checked with your team and you have players available during the spring school vacation weekends.  League games are scheduled on those weekends

If your Club or Team cannot play on a particular date due to tournaments or special events (Graduations, Proms etc.) you must notify the league scheduler by February 15.

Schedule accommodations will not be made for coaches who coach multiple teams. The League requires that you have an Assistant Coach to handle your conflicts

  • NO CHANGES in the schedule will be made during the season.

  • NO CHANGES will be made once the scheduling process begins on Feb 16
