Team Registration ( Fall Team Registration July 6 thru July 30.  Spring Team Registration January 6 thru January 30 )
  1. Log in using your user name and password
  2. Then under Management Areas click on Registrar's... This will bring you to your "Editing Club Menu"
  3. Click on the TEAM link to view teams.  If there are teams in your menu they will need to be edited

If there are no teams you will need to RE-ENTER your team information

Go to - Click here to add a team to the above list. at the bottom of the Menu box
 
Type in your team name

There you will enter your teams in the following format.

Club Name_Gender_Uage_ Coaches Initials

Example:  Amherst Soccer Club_B_U12_CG

If 8v8 team then, Amherst Soccer Club_B_U11_8_CG

If 6v6 team then, Amherst Soccer Club_B_U10_6_CG

If EDP team then, Amherst Soccer Club_B_U9_6_CG(EDP), If Coed team then, Amherst Soccer Club_Coed_U9_6_CG(EDP)

  1. Choose a Coach from the Drop Down box (Your coaches names should be there if they have registered)
  2. Then Click Create New Team
  3. Then Click in the Edit link in the right side Action box for each team.  This will bring you to the Team Profile Menu
  4. Select Competing age from the Drop Down box
  5. Select Desired Division (Selection of a Division is only an indication of placement. A=Div 1, B=Div 2 and C= Developmental Div 3
  6. Select Team Gender
  7. Indicate if this team will be playing State Cup, Open Cup or Neither - SPRING ONLY TEAM REGISTRATION
  8. Enter your coaches address, phone numbers and e-mail. 
  9. All Information MUST be completed
  10. When complete click SUBMIT

If the process was completed properly Your team should show on the Fall/Spring Registration Link accessible from the GSYSL Site Menu Box on the left side of the page
